The finalist in the daily pinot sweeps. Have had and have loved the row 11 in the last 2 vintages. This 07 doesn't do anything to change this. The Jacuzzi was new to me. At first thought the nose was shy but after 30 minutes gave some nice aromatics. At first high acidity detracted but once I put it to the food test this hummer sang. Couldn't make a final cut so will put both in the cellar. Both are within peonies of the same below 20 per so a virtual tie. Will give both arounf 2 months to settle down and post more definative notes. (Rite now both are in the mid-to-high 80s.) WW

If you get a chance, toss in an Acacia Carneros Pinot Noir up against them dudes -- it should come in under $20 -- or try their A by Acacia Pinot Noir, which is even less. I'd love to see how they stack up. We've preferred the Acacia Carneros bottling to Row 11. That having been said, we've yet to try the '07. The Jacuzzi is new to me, but we'll look for it! Thanks for the notes!
