13.5 % alcohol reduced one dollar at the grocery store--I think I paid about $25.
Quite dark color, dense and opaque. Lots of color extraction it seems.
More berries than cherries in the flavor spectrum--boysenberries and blackberries wtih a slight herbal component. Not quite as enjoyable as I recall from a previous vintage. Nevertheless, it was a decent accompaniment to store-bought pizza for one to which I added sliced green olives and shredded sharp Cheddar.
