Whole Cluster Fermented.
Couldn't resist trying an '06..."06! we're barely half way thru '07. A very nice pinot that shows ripe strawberry flavors with a hint of earthiness. Silky, oily mouthfeel and a lengthy finish. Not complex but a nice package and paired very well with the fresh Ahi grilled tuna we had. $19--13.5% Alc/Vol.

They always turn out sound wines, even if not awe-inspiring.
