Hello,

I received a boxed set of Mouton-Cadet White (1989) and Red (1988) and am wondering about valuation of these and also the quality of those harvest years. Can anyone refer me to a web site that would list pricings and also ratings of particular vintages?

Thanks so much,
Dave C.

Dave, both bottles are average "table drinkers" less than $10 each.

Dave, Mouton-Cadet is a part of the Rothschild Family business that produces wines as a negociant.

That means they buy the wines from somewhere else and then bottle them under their own label. Mouton-Cadet is not anywhere near the quality or price of Chateau Lafite or Chateau Mouton.
