Tonight it going to be the most important night of my life so far.... and I am serving Fetuchini Alfrado... Per Request.. and I need to know what wine would be best to serve with it.... Please, please, please, will someone... help me

I like Pinot Gris with alfrado. Try- Kings Estate.
