From magnum, this was a "gift"? from a friend who doesn't drink wine and was given this a long time ago. Ulage was perfect. Cork completely crumbled on attempted opening and had to push the remaining piece into the bottle. Color was ruby with noticable bricking. Nose was sour berries. Completely undrinkable with a sour, diluted grape kool aid type flavor and almost completely void of any wine berry flavors. I knew it would be no good being produced from one, it not the, worst vintage last century from France...so bad that most vintage charts do not recognize the year! Kinda fun though to taste what an over aged wine really tastes like. Nothing like vinegar.
