I'm am not very familiar with Chablis, but if this one is any indication, I'm game. Pale golden with a tint of green, Great mouth feel, smooth and some green apple and tropical fruits (starfruit), good balance and did I say nice mouthfeel? Lots of minerality (stone) at the end. Just a hint of stem/bitterness at the very end. I would definitely buy another bottle at $12.99.

damned good price for what you describe.

side not: I read the subject as Pisse Soup...

mmmmm... reminds me of a book I once read, The Yellow River by I.P.Daily.

I agree. I would have put this in the "best buy" area except that I'm not sure what the definition of a good "good chablis" is. I certainly enjoyed the bottle. Full flavoured, nicely balanced and good minerality.
