Looking for wines to pair with two separate dishes:
chicken marinated in a basil-balsamic vinegar
and
shrimp tossed with a garlic tomato salsa.
Any suggestions?

Could go with a Riesling or Gewurtztraminer preferably either from Alsace, with either dish.
