What can stand up nicely to some shake n bake chicken?

A young, Central Coast Pinot Noir, like Loring or Siduri.

I'd say the Siduri might be a little heavy for chicken. I'd probably go with a lighter Pinot Noir such as Saintsbury Garnet or Carneros or, if you can find it, the R. Stuart Big Fire Pinot Noir from Oregon. The Loring might work if it has four years on it. (Drinking a 2002 now).

An off dry Finger Lakes, Michigan, or other North American Riesling would work fine.
