suggestions for red snapper(spicy),rice,and several Mexican dishes. Our guests usually opt for chardonnay/merlot and I wanted to "branch out" .Price range of <$15.00.Some interesting chardonnay/merlot
suggestions also appreciated.

Welcome Frog, Red Zinfandal would be a good pairing for the spicy food. Would suggest a '99 Bogle Old Vines, Peachy Canyon or Rancho Zabaco Heritage Vines or Dancing Bull all for less than $15. For merlot try the Australian 2001 Paringa merlot for $10, very tasty.
