- Bucko - 04-07-2007 2005 Kumeu River, Chardonnay, Village, Kumeu, New Zealand, $19, 600 cases imported. Peaches and flint underscore the wine, with hints of green apples and cotton candy. Balanced, with nice minerality and a peachy finish; 89/91. - Innkeeper - 04-07-2007 Even sounds like one we'd like! - wondersofwine - 04-09-2007 I've posted twice on the 2002 vintage (under Australian and New Zealand wines) and it IS a winner and reasonably priced.
