what would pair well to start with your basic ceasar?

A South African Sauvignon Blanc.

Mulderbosch Sauvignon Blanc 07 or whatever is current vintage. Another good option is the Kim Crawfod Sauvignon Blanc.

My vote goes to Bourgogne-Chardonnay 'Chateau de Chaintré' 2004 because it goes perfectly well with Caesar, this wine had pear and apple fruit flavors, with little bit of spicy oak, making it a perfect recipe.
I have found this huge online
wine database http://www.vivino.com/france/ where you can find all the premier wines which go perfectly well with various foods.

Uh Oh! Donnaclif are you maybe a working publicist for this database. Always raises my hackles when someone on their 1st day on the board starts reccommending another site. Call me suspicious. WW
