As posted in the complete 92 tasting back in 2000 " This is a BIG wine still. Almost opaque. The nose is still restrained but is giving hints of the massive black and red fruit core.Entry is smooth, a strong center, and just as you think you're getting a nice long finish the tannins kick in and say No Way Jose. This wine needs another 2 and probably more to really soften." Well it's been 4 and the wine has peaked and maybe started downhill. I had another bottle in 02 I didn't post on that was terrific that I made notes on in my inventory page. This is my last bottle and will be remembered as lovely.90/91. 24 by the box.12.5% alc.WW
