Rarely drink P. Blanc & was given this one, so I'd appreciate a couple of food (main dish or complete meal) suggestions to match: Amity Vineyards 1999 Willamette Valley Oregon Pinot Blanc.

Thanks. cp

Trout almondine; or sauteed chicken breast with the pan deglazed with 1/4 C of the wine and an equal amount of chicken stock. Broiled scallops also comes to mind. Don't know if you get "Diver's Scallops" out there. It is a specialty up here this time of year. Guys who work construction or other seasonal summer jobs, legally dive for scallops during the winter.
