Because of MA laws banning off premise alcohol sales on Memorial Day, the shop was closed yesterday. We had an all hands cook out at one other manager's home, and my contribution to the event was a 3 liter bottle of the 97 KV Cab. This sucker was awesome right out of the bottle! Wonderful fruit and the tannins were still holding on. Very minimal sediment as we got to the bottom of the bottle within an hour. Probably could have gone another 4 - 5 years. Oh yeah, the food was great, too.
