- Thomas - 08-05-2000 1998 Cabernet from Molise--(Campomarino) Italy. Good fruit, rich tannins, not over-powering but (my favorite word) subtle and delicate. Went rather well with a rack of lamb marinated in garlic, olive oil, lemon juice and Madeira and pan grilled (rare) topped with shallot-- Madeira and mint sauce. I would have put this in the Best Buy section, but I stupidly lost the price tag--I think it was $10.
