($22.99; 14.5%) this is the first sonoma county cab that F-C has made since the '94 (which i had earlier this year on my 10th wedding anniversary, courtesy of WW). this new edition is dark ruby in color, with a very good nose of black cherry, plum, earthy spice and a hint of vanilla. tastes of dark red fruit and spices really build on the long, expanding finish. a very silky mouthfeel, with minimal fine tannins. very elegant and tasty. 91 points.
