I have a case of 1992 Hess Collection Cabernet that I have been cellaring. Is it ready to drink or will it get better?

Hi Allen and welcome to the board. IMHO the Hess Collection Cab ( # 7 on Wine Spectators top 100 ) is getting close to it`s top form. With a case you can certainly afford to open one of them-there suckers and find out. I`ll be tasting it in my on-going series of 92`s rite after opening the Groth. That will be 15 wines down from the last posting. I personally have touted the Hess wines for over 10 yars.Great juice for the money. In Vino Veritas Est. Winoweenie
