This is the latest vineyard added to Heitz just before Joe died. His Son David finished this wine and believe me it is a fine effort. This wine reminds me of the 75 Marthas with its clarity of fruit, depth of content and tons of complexity all framed by lovely tannins. This vineyard was brought on line to compensate for the loss of Marthas' to replanting from the lil' louse bug. This wine will reward you tremendously by holding it for another 5-7 years. Great balance, great fruit, great potential. WW

I've tried Trailsides and agree it is pretty tasty.
