Opened this one up tonight after an Italian Barbara with steak salad, and was really impressed. This was a very flavorful Cabernet Sauvignon, plenty of cassis and berry flavors, and very little oak, if any at all. Paid about $20 a bottle for it, and will not hesitate to buy more. Without the oak, it actually tasted more like a Shiraz. Am I missing something?
