Can someone help me pick a red and white wine to serve with following appetizers--baked brie with figs, bruschetta with panitine, chicken egg rolls, artichoke squares, and hot crab dip? Thanks.

White and pink Brut sparkling wine. Can't miss.

Sauvignon Blanc (unoaked) would also be a versatile white wine. Also like the pink Brut sparkling wine suggestion.
