This pristine property above the Silverado Trail on the east slopes of the Napa produces around 2000 cases per year. A field blend of the Classic varietals they have been making some super juice. Still a deep ruby, the nose has the cab franc floral, the hint of merlot chocolate, and the explosive cab fruit. Supple, gentle entry with a good grip in the center palate the finish is cut short by some rounded tannins that'll take this wine another 5. A wonderful bottle that will peak into an outstanding or classic bottle. 91. WW (30 per )
