- robr - 02-10-2006 This is from SE Australia, Murray River basin. It is signed by the winemaker, John Cassela, which I have not seen on their bottles of the "regular" stuff. It's good, but I think it needs more time in the bottle. Tastes a little green to me, too tannic. I will try letting it sit out a while then sip some more. - robr - 02-10-2006 After two hours+ it is softening up a little and the fruit is starting to show, but it still needs more time to settle down. Also understanding that they are a year ahead of us, I would still do it. |
