I don't usually drink reds. My favorite
white is Schmitt Sohnne Riesling/Spatlese.
Does anyone have a suggestion of a red that
you would think I would like, knowing what my
taste in white is. I only drink 1 glass a
day & know that red is supposed to be healthier than white.
thx

That is a tough one: red and white are different.

Maybe you would like a German Pinot Noir (Spatburgunder) or perhaps Lemberger. Each is normally a light red. But each is normally difficult to find.

If there is large retailer near you, ask them about the lighter Portugese Reds. Borba is one of them. The reason I'm going there is because when living in Germany, some of local wineries imported and bottled these because they were so harmoneous with their local whites.

How 'bout a Beaujolais?
