I understand that muscadine grapes have a antioxidant that can fight off cancer. I also understand that this wine is grown in the Carolinas. Is this true about muscadine wines and can this wine be purchased in NJ and under what wine name.

Some experiments backed up by scientific papers claim that ALL grapes contain certain chemicals that might be helpful as protection against cancer and/or heart disease.

Not one study that I know of has ever made a definitive claim that one single grape variety can "fight off cancer."

Where did you get this information?

As for the muscadine, it is not easy to find wines in New Jersey that are produced from that grape.

As an addendum, the studies also say that you can achieve the same benefits from Welches Concord Grape Juice. However, I much prefer to derive the benefits from fermented vinifera grape juice.
