I don't believe you're offending anyone, Dan, certainly not me. It's just that I'm not aware of many (if any at all) of the people I know from here on the Wine Board who have ever mentioned any health concerns they've had from drinking wine. If you truly enjoy wine, but you seriously believe you may some health problems related to drinking wine, you really should speak to a professional. If I felt I had a problem, that's what I'd do. As much as I really like and trust the folks here, they're the last ones I'd go to for professional advice on such matters. While it can give you a good feeling to talk things out with the folks here, please don't rely on us for professional advice.

ok KC, thanks for the advise. i really never expected any PROFESSIONAL advice, just feedback or comments from members who maybe experienced the same things i am.

these boards are really great in discussing wine and i am glad i found it years ago..it always amazes me at some of the feedback here but i would never just rely on the advice given here, it is just feedback for me..i do my own research and i guess this is just a third or fourth opinion..

Drew, i tried what you advised me to do and it worked...it was dehydration afterall...thanks alot for that great advise..i acutally did drink water before, but now since i am drinking more water it really does relieve alot of the symptoms..
