bridgehorse, the questions I have are:

did you not believe us when we gave our answers six months ago?

do you suffer from a particular health problem that needs to be addressed and that wine consumption threatens?

are you simply the kind who worries too much about his health?

I am not mad--but I do wonder about the nature of your questions.

hello foodie and thanks for your reply...the answer to all of your questions in no because as i said i do not recall the questions i wrote in to the group that long ago and i do not have any health problems due to wine, but i like to ask because of prevention. (can you suggest a memory supplement?? hahah) in any case, i am glad u r not mad and that i really will try harder to not repeat my questions to the group, however seldom i do that...anyway foodie, i can recommend a great red wine i had last night "bridgewater mill" shiraz" from australia..i drank whole bottle..excellent....bridge.....

I suspect you need to relax a little about prevention. Just live a good life, take your vitamins, exercise, get regular check ups and drink as much wine as you feel comfortable your body allows...

thanks foodie for your great advise, i really appreciate it. i appreciate all the great honest advise from all members and moderators. the problem is foodie, i do not know when it is a good enough for my system and when iit is enough to stop..i usually am fine with a bottle/half, that is pretty much my limit and i do excercise and take vitamins and have a good diet everyday. the days that i do drink however, i always seem to eat more and not so healthy stuff cause everytime i drink red wine i always crave for pizza and cheeses and bread...well, anyway, thanks for everything foodie...dan white web site>>www.dw.bigstep.com
