Sometimes I get so damn frustrated with this stupid, unconstitutional three tier system. Grrrrr! Antiquated laws that do not have any benefit but to a few folks. Revenue dollars that could go to state's banks instead get forfeited due to extreme influence of lobbyists power to persuade. Anti-shipping laws...does it or does it not violate the dormant commerce clause? I have no issue with distributors. I don't like the concept of tying up inventory capital, but I think these regulations need to be restructured simply because we're operating under the same laws that were created 50 years ago...thoughts, comments?

It's a complicated subject that includes Supreme Court rulings, a 21st Amendment to the Constitution, an established anti-alcohol legislative bent that followed Repeal, and state legislators that are in thrall to distributors.
