My current job in corporate America is being eliminated. I'm taking the oportunity to switch career paths and pursue something I love! Does anyone have suggestions on how to start a career in the wine industry? I'm thinking from the sales perspective. Any insight would be greatly appreciated!

Hi Sherbert, and welcome to the Wine Board. If you are in a major metropolitan area, you should have some major wine emporiums. Get a job in one. The best way to learn wine is at retail. You'll soon be meeting reps from various distributors and importers, and you're off to the races.
