- andrawes76 - 02-01-2010 This is whats for dinner tomorrow. I'll take some suggestions! Hope all are well today! - Innkeeper - 02-02-2010 If the tuna is Ahi recommend an off dry Riesling which can also handle the mangos et al. If it is a dark meat tuna, recommend a very light but not white Zinfandel. - Thomas - 02-02-2010 For the tuna: Valpolicella, Pinot Noir (from a cool climate like, say, Trentino or Sancerre Rouge), Zweigelt (Austria). But--big but--mango with wine is problematic, and that's why IK's suggestion for Riesling is the safest one. Oops, just noticed the habanero--all bets off. Depends on how hot the dish becomes.
