This bill is scheduled for hearing in the Senate State Affairs Committee on Monday, March 12, at 1:00 PM or upon adjournment of the Senate. The bill amends current state law regarding shipment of alcoholic beverages to allow LIMITED home delivery.

Texas residents are urged to voice their support by fax. I would not recommend out-of-state residents fax or otherwise attempt to contact the committee; it would merely constitute noise that could bury the pleadings of Texas residents.
