Natura Vineyards & Winery officially opens
Saturday November 9th. 11 a.m. - 6 p.m.
http://www.naturawinery.com/

They have established a large new vineyard and winery, not far from Nuyaka Creek Winery.
Makes it an easy trip to visit both in one day trip!

Natura is a little rural area just off Hwy 75, very much like Nuyaka. These rural communities are filled with small family farms, that have difficulty sustaining themselves over the generations. Despite growing up with a work ethic that is stronger than msot, there are few places for the children to go to work when they grow up.

Wine grape cultivation and a local wine industry provide they type of higher income crops that can allow small independent farms to thrive on less acres and keep families together...and I'll drink to that!
