Join winemaker, Greg Gove, for an informative behind-the-scenes look at the art of winemaking. Greg will take you on a step-by-step tour through the process of planting, pruning and picking quality grapes in the vineyard. Afterwards, you will move into the winery and see how fine wine is made.
This is a unique opportunity to learn form Long Island's most expert winemaker!
