A Food & Wine Tasting Event in cooperation with Wine Spectator.
This special event features 25 of Manhattan’s leading chefs, including Thomas Keller of The French Laundry, who will delight your palate with heart healthy dishes created specially for the occasion.
The wines for the evening have been graciously donated by the Yountville Appellation Association, from California’s Napa Valley and will represent 8 of its elite wineries.
Flavorful foods prepared by 25 of Manhattan’s finest chefs along with an expresso bar, desserts and pastry.
The evening also includes a Silent Auction featuring fine dining packages, cooking and entertaining, accoutrements, travel, and fine wines.
The VIP Tasting will kick off the evening exclusively for 100 people at $500 a ticket and will also be held at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel. At this time guests will be able to mingle with the Chefs and taste 97 and 99 Cabernets – provided by Yountville Appellation Association.
A mix of 300-400 established representatives of New York City’s medical, corporate and financial communities, including accountants, attorneys, international travelers and collectors, wine enthusiasts and food connoisseurs, as well as young professionals.
