We are having a buffet of Indian, Jamaican, Japanese and Chinese foods and have no idea which wines to serve with this. Please help!!

You are in Canada, get yourself some fine Gewurztraminer and Riesling from Ontario wineries such as: Vineland Estates, Inniskillen, Pelee Island, Cave Springs, Marynissan, and many others.
