DAY 1
Thursday, November 15

A COMPARISON OF AMERICA’S RENOWNED WINE DISTRICTS
COMMANDER’S PALACE AT DESERT PASSAGE
3 p.m.
Rain and sunshine make beautiful rainbows and wonderful wines. This stimulating event features a comparison of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from California, Oregon and Washington. Master Sommelier Barrie Larvin will lead this tutored tasting, informative to both the connoisseur and true student of wine.
$100 per person.


TASTE OF AMERICA DINNER
COMMANDER’S PALACE AT DESERT PASSAGE
7:30 p.m.
An American institution, Commander's Palace is the perfect venue to present a commemorative culinary experience celebrating the flavors and tastes of the United States. Talented chef Carlos Guia will offer a bona fide gourmet experience paired with wines from Consentino, Hitching Post, DeLoach, J. Lohr and Bonny Doon.
$200 per person.

DAY 2
Friday, November 16

COOKING DEMONSTRATION & LUNCHEON
PICASSO AT BELLAGIO
10:30AM
An informative and highly delectable demonstration by famed Chef Julian Serrano of Picasso on how to cook a traditional Spanish meal. Narsai David, the San Francisco-based chef, restaurateur and popular star of KCBS radio’s “Food News with Narsai David,” will host this unforgettable demonstration. Wines to be paired are from Allied Domecq Wines USA: Perrier Jouet Manzanilla Sherry; Rioja Crianza; Balbi Reserve Malbec from Argentina; Tempranillo from Alexander Valley and a 20-year old Cockburns Tawny Port.
$350 per person.

CULT WINE TASTING
AUREOLE RESTAURANT AT MANDALAY BAY
1:30 p.m.
Who is the rising star in the world of cult wines? Discover the next exclusive vintage as the best winemakers in the world, such as Colgin and Harlan, present their barrels for new millennium. Join master sommeliers Barrie Larvin, formerly of the world-famous Rio Wine Cellar & Tasting Room and Roger Dagone of Chanterelle in New York City, at the Wine Spectator Grand Award-winning restaurant Aureole, and be one of the first to determine the next cult wine.
$100 per person.

TASTE OF THE WORLD DINNER
ROSEMARY’S RESTAURANT
7:30 p.m.
Chefs Michael and Wendy Jordan will team up with chefs Joe and Meghan Romano to prepare a tantalizing five-course dinner of entrees from around the world. Barrie Larvin, MS, will pair outstanding wines from five distinct countries. Benevolence, an exclusive wine conceived by Larvin with a label featuring original artwork by world-renowned artist Yuroz, will be premiered. This union of wine and art will be poured from a container that holds the equivalent of 36 bottles of wine, one of the largest bottles in the world.
$300 per person.

DAY 3
Saturday, November 17

COOKING DEMONSTRATION & LUNCHEON
LAS VEGAS COUNTRY CLUB
10 a.m.

Learn how to prepare a meal that you'll truly want to make at home. Award-winning chefs Arnauld Briand and Terence Fong will present a delightful luncheon that anyone can re-create in his or her very own kitchen. Amusing and clever, these two gifted chefs will undoubtedly spice up your day with their witty repartee and culinary prowess. Master sommeliers Barrie Larvin and Richard Dean, of The Mark in New York City, will emcee and present wines paired especially for the day.
$150 per person.

OLD WORLD EUROPEAN WINE TASTING
NAPOLEON’S AT PARIS LAS VEGAS
1:30 p.m.
Master Sommelier Barrie Larvin will introduce, educate and speculate on fine wines from the Old World in the beautiful ambiance of Napoleon’s – the perfect setting. Premier European wines from France and Italy, among others, will be showcased in this one-of-a-kind event.
$100 per person.

MASTERS DINNER, LIVE AUCTION & CELEBRATION DANCE
VENETIAN HOTEL BALLROOM
6 p.m.

Our piece de resistance celebrates Las Vegas Odyssey’s talent in the world of wine, food and art. Ten of Las Vegas’ renowned chefs will together create five marvelous gourmet courses. Outstanding wines from several award-winning vintners will be served with each course, followed by a rare wine and lifestyle auction, conducted by auctioneer Dave Reynolds. Please consider that a portion of the proceeds of this evening’s event will benefit the Las Vegas affiliate of The Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation. The five teams are as follows:

3. André Rochat and Joe Romano
4. Michael Jordan and Wolfgang von Wieser

DAY 4
Sunday, November 18

BLUES BRUNCH
HOUSE OF BLUES FOUNDATION ROOM MANDALAY BAY - 11 a.m.

Relax, sit back and enjoy a lovely gourmet brunch prepared by Chef Russell Grabe of the exclusive House of Blues Foundation Room. This mid-morning delight is not to be missed. Did we forget to mention the wines, champagne, champagne and more champagne?
$75 per person.

SKY HIGH WINE TASTING
HOUSE OF BLUES FOUNDATION ROOM
MANDALAY BAY - 1 p.m.

The fabulous Las Vegas Strip is a stunning backdrop for an incredible wine tasting experience. 35 stories atop the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino, world-class vintners from the West Coast will be showcasing up to three different varietals at this grand tasting, complimented by breathtaking views of the MGM Grand, New York-New York, Aladdin, Paris Las Vegas, Bellagio, Caesars Palace, all the way to the Stratosphere.
$125 per person.
