Wine help please - newbie here - Oh_parrothead - 01-06-2018

I recently had a Cabernet Sauvignon at a business dinner that was very good (at least to me). I did not see the label or hear the name but the based on the description I heard from the server and the ensuing discussion I was able to learn that the wine had flavors of blackberry, plum, toasted oak, and the flavors were all subtle. Not sure if this helps but this wine was, to me, neither dry or sweet. If I had to pick, on a scale of 1-10 with 4 being drier and 6 being sweeter, I would put this at a 5.5 or 6. The wine list at the restaurant was moderate with the most expensive bottle being $60. Can anyone recommend something that would fit this general description? I would like to buy something like this to drink.
