I was pleasantly surprised by this wine too. No way near the end of life just yet, but not without flaws. First, hint of brett but not unpleasant, came off as a bit of sweat, earthy, meaty, hint of herbs, red fruit. On the palate, it was just an elegant wine, lithe and structured, with the acidity still flexing its muscles a bit. Nicely balanced wine, great persistence.
