Clear, bright yellow; mousse has a fine bead. Ginger and lemon lead the way in this blend of 50 percent chardonnay, 30 percent pinot noir, and 20 percent pinot meunier. After a few hours, some toast notes emerge. A very interesting, young Champagne. Would like to see how it continues to develop. 90+ points.
