Sun hotel. welcome to the board. As I interpet your question what foods would harmonize with the four wines. If this is the question I'll give you four foods I like with the wines. Some are better suited to one wine than the other, but all compliment the wines. 1) Pate....Always a favorite with reds with a baguette...2) Brie..St Andre is one of my favorites of the triple creams again with the bread....3) Rare roast beef... with the bread.... and finally 4) Bruschetta.... lovely. If this isn't what you're lookling for, re-load, re-phrase, and re-enlist and maybe ole' Sarge IK will come on board. WW

Hi Sunhotel. Not certain of the spelling on some of these, but will give my best guess and go by the numbers.
1. Salmon, light summer meals (burgers, etc), roast chicken, and almost anything a full white would go with.
2. Beef (roasted, steaks, not stews), grilled sausages, strong cheeses.
3. Most seafood (including some in fairly complex sauces), simply cooked chicken breast, afternoon quaffing with mild cheese and crackers.
4. Lamb, game meat, beef in stews.
Hope that gets you started.
