Knapp N/V Pasta Red - Innkeeper - 11-02-2012 Wednesday night we enjoyed a bottle of this one (a blend of 50% Baco Noir and 50% DeChaunac). It was indeed an excellent pasta wine; it was fruity with plenty of acid and a touch of sweetness that was not off putting. We matched it with penne in pesto, and broiled Italian sausages. Yum!
