This is a predominantly Pinot Noir diven champagne. 75% PN so this a bit larger of a wine. I line PN dominant Champagnes as there is an element of red fruit in them on the nose. The aroma here is fruity but also nutty and dense. The texture is smooth and suave, a bit of tannins, grippy but great texture. It was aa great counter to a Blanc de blanc that was served just ahead of it.

Continue to be very impressed by this grower. I've had these for a while now and the wines have remained very fresh and drinkable. STill a bit grippy but very nice especially for the price.
