The site was down this morning for some of us. However, it was not the wines.com server causing the problem. There was a problem at RackSpace (one of the biggest network hosting companies in the U.S). Something at RackSpace was causing a time-out. See the traceroute results below. You can see where the timeout occurred.

Bottom line, we are back up and running but I wanted you all to know the issue was not at our server. The problem occurred in the network, along one of the major connections that leads to wines.com.
