Cracked this last night after supper to savor with game 7 of the "world serious"; the malt was a whole helluva lot better than the Rangers' pitching! If Mr. Ryan & Co. would give young Mr. Holland some help on the pointy-end of the pitching lineup, they could put up a better fight against a first-rate team. Oh, well.

One finger of whisky dashed with an equal measure of branch water made this young gorilla mighty tasty. But at 122.8 proof, 'tis not for the faint of heart! Pale golden color, spicy nose, aged honey and more spice on the palate with a prickly bite on the finish..... very, very nice. From a Speyside distillery that's been in bidness for many years.
