Still some effervescence frmo this bottle, pale in color with some hints of green, muted floral nose, green apples, much the same on palate, with a nice casual elegance to the wine. Minerally but lacking some of the acidity that I had been hoping to see. Classic in structure, not an overblown Spatlese, but also not quite up to what I had expected from an 07 JJ Prum, probably very tight.

Cripes, nice little bottle......Glad I have a couple of cases so it will stand up to some abuse. The efferescenes has died down but still an incredible fresh bottle, though the same nagging feeling that it could have been a tad moe acidic.

KC,

I don't think so. There's been deals lately on JJ Prum. I got a case of the '02's for under $300.... and then a second one arrived comfortably under that as well. I'll take them all! These wines got great aging potential (as long as you like what's on the other side of that). Been drinking amazing wine for an incredible price..
