Ken Burnap bought and resurrected the Jarvis Bros vineyard in the mid-60s'. Originally planted in 1863 the pinots from this replanted spot have produced IMHO some of the greatest Pinots ever in the U.S.of A. Compleatly atypical it took them 10 years to hit their stride and I've had many over 20 that were still young pups. Unfortunately these are no more as the vineyard has bee sold. Bye ole' fren! WW
