I've always liked August's PN's. They are classy wines with great balance grown in an area that must be tough to make it happen consistently. This one was not different, red berries on the nose, very clean, some for me strong citrus elements, almost like a pomelo, but slightly lacking in acidity or else I would have said red grapefruit.

Elegant and balanced, Lovely red indeed. Not cheap but worth the look if you are a PN, fan, quite different from todays masses of PNs.
