I have a small, unfinished area in my basement which connects to a crawl space to the garage which stays in the temp range of 58F so I thought I'd add some additional, inexpensive wine storage. This racking system from Ikea is great. Simple pine racking with plenty of room for oversize, odd size and magnum bottles. I added additional storage for 208 bottles, (two racks)and hung the racks so I can store full box cases under. Total price was about $220 including hardware. If you buy this system you must buy the X support rods which make it very sturdy. The below links are for the racks and verticle posts.

http://www.ikea-usa.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?catalogId=10101&storeId=12&langId=-1&productId=26193
http://www.ikea-usa.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?catalogId=10101&storeId=12&langId=-1&productId=25684
Drew

Yee-haa, more storage! Let's see how long it takes you to max it out.

It was already maxed out with mixed cases littering the floor. Now they neatly litter the wall...
Drew
