I used to store my wine with a company in DC. He basically rented basement space in an office bldg, temp & humidity controls and built a bunch of lockers. It was a a great business for this guy. I'm looking into the feasibility of starting a business like this in NYC.<P>What does anyone know about the storage business here? is there demand? are there a lot of options already?
