Needing some recommendations as to quality temperature and humidity control systems for a wine cellar. Size of cellar under review. Also web sites to find them at best pricing.
Thanks for your input.

There's a wide range of equipment available, depending on whether you wish to add a cooling unit to an existing cellar, build a new cellar from scratch, or install stand-alone wine cabinets. Suggest you call up the AltaVista search engine at www.altavista.com, do a search on wine cellars, and look at some of the sites that are listed. The first is www.bacchus-wine-storage.net/ and it alone has a good selection of equipment. You might also look at postings in this forum for the last year for discussions on various units.
I'm in a climate similar to yours, and have yet to find a good solution to my cooling problem. You'll also see mention of that in old postings under this forum.
Gil
